  2. Provide Details: In your email or message, please specify:
    • The product(s) you want your design printed on
    • The quantity of items you wish to order
    • Attach your design files or describe your design idea in detail
    • Any specific requirements such as size, color, etc.
  3. Receive Your Quotation: Within 48 hours, our team will provide you with a detailed order quotation. (A quotation is a formal document outlining the cost and terms of your custom order.)
  4. Confirm Your Order: If you're satisfied with the quotation, simply confirm your order, and we'll proceed with production.
  5. Product Ready for Sale: Once confirmed, your custom-designed products will be ready for sale within 48 hours.

Additional Notes:

  • Custom products will be publicly available on our website for 48 hours unless otherwise agreed upon. Afterward, they will be removed from the web store but remain saved on our data server for business purposes.
  • All designs and products (active, archived, or deleted) will be securely stored for business purposes. Design deletion requests can be sent to info@dopamineluxuria.com, though final products will be retained for business records.
  • Bulk order discounts (100, 500, 1000, etc.) can be discussed for custom printing.
  • Returns for items with customer designs are only accepted if damaged. Contact us at info@dopamineluxuria.com in such cases.
  • Our custom printing service is available to private customers, influencers, companies, and all other clientele.
  • By submitting your designs to us, you agree to the terms outlined above, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
